Notes
good outcrop of weathering profile in kaolinitic sandstones exposed in cliff on northern side of hill; some faint bedding but overall mainly massive sandstone; one area with low-angle cross bedding; sandstone overlies highly weathered Tregolana Shales; top part of sandstone has been variably silicified between 0.3 to 1.5m below top surface
